Pine Plateau Estates is a gated and fenced homeowners association and community.  The Estates are made up of four different subdivisions. Number one was established in 1960 and the other three shortly thereafter.

 Pine Plateau Estates is located on the North Slope of the Uintah Mountains approximately 50 miles Northeast of Kamas on Highway 150 and approximately 30 miles South of Evanston Wyoming.  The Estates are made up of some 127 half acre lots, 46 cabins and approximately 75 different property owners.  The homeowners association is incorporated and has Restrictive Covenants, Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws.

Pine Plateau is located near some 350 miles of ATV trails, high country rivers and lakes, and in the winter months, several miles of groomed snowmobile and cross-country skiing trails and yurts.   

The homeowners association has a Board of Directors which is comprised of a President, Secretary, Treasurer and two other board members.  Each board member serves a three year term after being voted in to office by the association members at the annual meeting.
